Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the DekhoGhar app

1. Open the DekhoGhar app and log in with your mobile number.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is closed immediately and you will be logged out.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot log in or no longer have the app, email us from the address registered on your account, or include your registered mobile number:

We verify the request and complete it within 30 days. You can also reach us through Contact Us.

What happens to your data

• Removed or deactivated immediately: your profile and login access, and all your property listings are taken offline and no longer shown publicly.
• Deleted: your personal details, such as name, email, phone number and profile photo, are deleted or anonymised after the request is processed.
• Retained where the law requires: payment and invoice records may be kept for tax and accounting compliance, and limited records for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
